IN RE: The Marriage Of
JOSSPH BURNS, Husband,
and
CORA LES BURNS, Wife.
ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on March 27, 1974, upon the hTife's
Petition for temporary relief, and the Court having heard testimony
of the Wife, and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED:
1. That the temporary care, custody and control of the minor
children be granted to the Wife, CORA LEE BURNS, granting unto the
Husband, JOSEPH BURNS, reasonable rights of visitation with the
children.
2. That co~nencing the 29th day of March, 1974, and each week
thereafter, the Husband, JOSEPH BURNS, shall pay to the Wife, CORA
LEE BURNS, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for the support of the
! minor children.

3. That the Wife, CORA LEE BURNS, and the minor children, shall
~ have the right to reside in the dwelling jointly owned by the parties
hereto, until further order of this Court.
4. The Husband, JOSEPH BURNS, shall pay one-half of the mortgage
payments on the home, and shall pay one-half of the property ta~tes
that are due and payable on or before Agril 1, 197~.
5. The Husband, JOSEPH BURNS, is hereby enjoined and restrained '
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the Wife, CORA I~:E BURNS,
~ DpNE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce Florida, this day of
