WHEREAS, the StaZe of Florida Depart~nent of Transportatian pro-
poses to construct and ir~prove State Road S-?12 , Section ,~4530-2604 ;

WHEREAS, the State of Florida DepartMent of TransportaLioa having ;

made application to said County to execute and deliver to the State of

Florida Department of Transgartation a deed or deeds in favor of the 2~t~~ ;
State of Florida, conveying all rights, Litle and interest that sai~

County has in ead to said lands required for right of wa`y for said

State Road, aad seid request having been du~y considered.
NOW, THEREFaRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Cc~unty C~nissioners
of sT• County that the application of the State of Florida
Departnent of Transportation for a deed or deeds is fi+r right c~f Way
purposes vhich is in the public or coa~unity interest and for public Welft.tre ~

k and the land needed for right ef W~y and other road purposes is not needed ;

~ for County purpeses; that ~ deed or deeds in favor oP the State of Florida
~ conveying all right, title and interest of County
in f+nd to said lands required for ri~ht of Way and other mad purposes should
be drawn and executed by this Board of County Corunissioners. Censi~ieration
shall be $ 1.00
