debtedness described in the Complaint the sum of $17,664.91, ~

together with intereat thereon from the lst day of May, 1973, ~

at the rate of seven (78) per cent per annum, said interest '
beinq computed as of the 27th day of March, 1974, in the amount .
of $1,121.30; $250.00, attorneys' fees; $73.80; prorated earned
mortqage insurance premium; $142.11, advance for 1973 County
taxes; $50.00, services of administrator ad litem; $155.90,
Court costs (including services of guardian ad litem); making
the total of $19,457.52 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That~.the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum speci- ~
fied in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right,
title, interest or claim of the defendants in the above-styled
cause upon the following described property.
Lot 175 of SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPLAT,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in ;

sell that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale

~ days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best
bidder or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie
County Courthouse, in Fort Pierce, Florida, after having first
~ giving notice as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes,
1971. ~
~ (6) The plaintiff shall advance the cost of publication of
~ the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and :

~ shall be reimbursed therefor by the Clerk out of the proceeds
