(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the swn specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 324, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT FOUR. REPLAT, according :
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page ;
18 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
