CASE NO. 74-124-CA IN RE: The Marriage of TOMMY LEE TOLIVER, Husband and JESSIE MAE TOLIVER, Wife / FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 28th day of March, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ - 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TOMMY LEE TOLIVER, Husband and JESSIE MAE TOLIVER, Wife, be and the same is ~ nereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing bet= ween them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2.~ CUSTODY. Custody of DIANA DELORES, DELILA PEARL,EDWARD JAMES and EDNA JANE, minor children of the parties, is hereby i ; awarded to JESSIE MAE TOLIVER, Wife, with reasonable visitation € rights reserved to TONIIKY LEE TOLIVER, Husband. ~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
