ORDER .
THIS MATTER coming on for hearing on the wife's motion for an order of
contempt, both parties being present and testimony taken, Upon consideration
is ordered and ad,judged: _
1. Comnencing the first day of April, 1974, the husband shall pay the }
clerk of this court the sum of ~15.00 bi-weekly for the support of the minor
child. This payment shall continue for six (6) months, after which time the _
amount due shalt revert to the amount set out in the original order dated the t
t
22nd day of December, 1969. .
2. The original order is not modified and amounts not paid during the
six month period are not forgiven,-but are deferr~d and the husband must pay
said amounts subsequent to the six month period.
3. The court retains jurisdiction of-this cause and the parties hereto. ~
