This cause came on to be heard on March 27, 1974 upon the
Motion of the Plaintiff for Swnmary Judgment and Assessment of
Attorneys Fees, and upon the Motion of the Defendant, H. O. Clark
Furniture, Inc. for Sum~nary Judgment. The Court having heard
argument and having been duly advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Plaintiff's Motion for
Summary Judgment and Assessment of Attorneys Fees, and the Defendant,
