FINAL JUDGMENT
19?~1N[JI,MENT OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 26th of March, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that at the time of tlie alleged
marriage of these parties the Wife had a living undivorced husband ~

to whom she was validly married and that the alleged marriage ~
~
between the parties hereto should be annulled. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. That the Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of

i t2iis Court against the Husband, ANDREW I~TTLES, be and the same
i
~ is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
~ 2. That the pretended marriage between ANDREW NETTLES ~

and CLEO WILLIAMS NETTLES be and the same is hereby annulled, and ~
the same is void and of no effect.
3. Custody of Robert Earl Nettles, Leroy Nettles,
~ Jimmy Lee Nettles and William-~Anthony Nettles,__minor children of
~ the arties, is hereb awarded to CLEO WILLIAMS NETTLES, with

~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to ANDREW NETTLES.

~ 4. Commencing Friday, March 29, 1974, ANDREW NETTLES

~ shall pay to CLEO WILLIAMS NETTLES the sum of Sixty ($60.00)
