FINAL JUDC~iENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 26th day of March, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the ~arties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' 1. The marriage between JERRY L. RODDENBERRY.and RCJWENA

! C. RODDENBERRY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2, Custody of TONY L. RODDENBERRY and JEROME
RODDENBERRY, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded

to ROWENA C. RODDENBERRY, with reasonable visitation rights re-
~ served to JERRY L. RODDENBERRY.

~ 3. Commencing Friday, March 29, 1974, JERRY L. ROD-
~ DEI~ERRY shall a to RO~WENA C. RODDENBERRY, the sum of Two

Hundred ($200.00) Dollars each and every week for her support
