RODDENBERRY the sum of Seventy-Five ~ ($75.00) Dollars each and every week for the support of the ~ i minor children above named. ; All payments shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to RaWWENA C. RODDENBERRY. In ad- ; ~ dition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory ~ costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay- ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of tl~e parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court t ~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at al~. times ~ t i i while this Order is in effect. ~ ~ 4. T'hat the Husband, by appropriate instrument, shall convey all his right, title and interest in the marital home jointly owned by the parties hereto, subject to the out- : ~ ~ ~ standing mortgage on said property, to the Wife, RO~WENA C. ~ ~ RODDENBERRY. ~ 5. T'hat the Husband, JERRY L. RODDENBERRY, by appro- i . ~I ~ priate instrument, shall transfer all his right, title and E ~ interest to the Wife, ROWENA C. RODDENBERRY, in the 1973 LTD Ford, and the Husband shall be responsible for paying the out- ~ standing liens or indebtedness on said vehicle; that the said `~W~i€~ shall receive the vehicle free and clear of all encumbrances. 6. That the parties hereto are hereby ordered to keep the terms and conditions of the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence and which is hereby ~ incorporated herein by reference, and made a part hereof. ~ ~ 7.
