ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
BY GRANTEE
Grantee, by acceptance and execution of this Deed
acknowledges that this conveyance is subject in every respect
to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto
and the Articles of Incorporation of the Association named in
said Declaration and all amendments thereto; said Declaration
being referred to on the first page of this Deed, and qrantee {
acknowledges reading and examination of said Articles of '
Incorporation and all other instruments incorporated in said
Declaration by reference; and Grantee ackhowledges that each
and every provision of the foregoing is essentiaZ to the
successful operation and management of said condominium #
property in the ir.terest and for the benefit of all owners
therein. All owners of parcels therein and grantee covenant
and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declara-
tion of Condominium, exhibits ai~ached thereto, Articles of
Incorporation aforementioned and all instruments incorporated
in said Declaration by reference. _
