THIS MORTGAGE DEED executed this ~ r~ day of December, 1973,
by OITPDOOR RESORTS OF AI~RIGA~ INC. , a Tennessee corporation,
hereinafter called the "MORTGAGOR" , which term shall include
tne heirs, legal representatives, sucoessors, and assigns of
the said Mortgagor, wherever the context so requires or admits,
