3. That upon failure of the Husband to make said pay-
ments to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, then the said

attorneys may file with this Court an Affidavit to that effect ;

and a commitment Order will be issued without further notice to ~

4. Th~t a copy of this Order shall be furnished to the
Husband. '
