DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 28th day of March, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~
~
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~

matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists ~ ~
~
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is ir-
retrieveably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between RUFUS
JERRY ALEXANDER, III, and BETTY JEAN ALEXANDER,be and the same is
' hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

~ from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. CUSTODY. Custody of CLESHA ALEXAr1DER and BRYAN REITH
ALEXANDER, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BETTY
JEAN ALEXANDER, the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights seserved

to the Husband. ~

3. SUPPORT. CoimY?encinq the lst day of July, 1974, the °
~ Husband shall pay to the Wife, the sum of $20.00 each and every week for
~ the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be,made to
~
~ the Clerk of this Court and by hi.m remitted promptly to BETTY JEAN

ALEXANDER. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00, as _ ,
~
~ statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay
(

ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of ~
~
