THIS CAUSE coming for hearing in Ft. Pierce, Florida on March 27,
1974, upon the motion of Defendants EARL LITTLE and LUMBERMENS MUTUAL
CASUALTY COMPANY to dismiss the amended complaint against them for
failure to state a cause of action, Plaintiff, LARRY MITCHELL, being
represented by Vincent Lloyd, and Defendants LITTLE and LUMBERMENS
being represented by B. t. McKinley, and the Court being fully advised
inthe premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss is granted
