WASR$AS, AQUA RABBLI,A, INC., a Florida corporation, gave
a mortgage to the JSNSSN BSACH BANK, a Florida bankiug corporation
said mortgage being dated June 5, 19T3, and recorded in Official ,
Records Book 214, Page 2844, St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records, and,
W~RTAS, said mortgage was securing a aote"of even date
in the amount of $172,500.00 payable on or before six months
from date thereof, and,
WHSR~AS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time
for payment under said note.
NOW, TH~R$FURS, the Pa.rties, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid to
the J$NSTsN B$ACH BANK, do hereby amend the said note to be pay-
able on or before June 5, 1974.
IN ALL OTH$R R$SPBCTS, said mortgage and note are hereby
ratified and confirmed.
