O R D E R
(1) The Defendants shall apply to the Plaintiff far
a permit under Florida Statutes, Cha~ter 403, in accordance with the '
Stipulation betk•een the Plaintiff and Defendants (attached
hereto as Exhibit A). , '
(2) The Plaintiff and Defendants shall comply
with the terms of the Stipulation (attached hereto as Exhibit
A) . ~
