by the Plaintiff pursuant to this Stipulation shall contain water
quality monitoring and •aintenance provisions. Said maintenance
shall include the ¦aintenance of all pollution control features
specified in various requi~ed per~its. If required because of a
violation of water quality standards, the Defendants agree to add
additional clean fill to the borrow areas, or to take such other
actions as are necessary to insure that the water quality will meet
applicable State standards. The ¦onitoring shall be conducted
quarterly at four points in the a~bient rater and four monitoring
wells to b~ chosen by the Plaintiff. This monitoring shall be
conducted by the Defendants until the construction of the entire Twin
Banyans project is coopleted and the per~its are transferred to new
-owners of the project. The folloMing paraneters shall be measured:

(7) The Defendants agree to replace as much vegetation as
possible in the areas of the Savannahs Mhere their construction
activities have destroyed vegetation. The vegetation used to replace
destroyed vegetation shall be the sa~e, or comparable to, that -
destroyed. If the Defendants choose to use comparable vegetation,
it must be with the approval of the Plaintiff Department of Pollution
