DISSOLUTIOAi OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 29th day of March, 1974,
and the Court, havinq given full consideration to all of the
evidence finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
l. The Default against the Husband, RODNEY D. BARTON,
previously entered by the Clerk of this Court on March 28, 1974,

~ , is hereby ratified and confirmed.

~ 2. The marriage between RODNEY D. BARTON and BARBARA
~
~ BARTON be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
~
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
thetefrom.
3. The Wife is awarded exclusive possession of the
home of the parties at 1007 Buckeye Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida,

including all furnishings, fixtures and appliances therein located,
~

~ said property being more particularly described in Official Record
~
~
Book 201 at Page 21 of the Public Records of St. Lucie~County,
