ORDER
TBZS MATTER coming on before the Court on the Stipulation
of the parties, and the Court being fully advised in the premises
it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to deliver
to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, those items set

forth in Exhibit "A", together with 128 reels of film also
seized but not included in Exhibit "A", and attached to the
~ Complaint filed herein, for destruction pursuant to 874.011,
~ Florida Statutes, and the Sheriff is directed to file certificate

~ of his compliance.
~ 2. The Temporary Restraininq Order heretofore entered on
~ January 17, 1974 is hereby discharqed and the defendants, their
employees, agents and servants are qranted leave to conduct any
lawful business from their premises located at 920 Valley Lane,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, as is more commonly
known as Seaboard News Agency warehouse.
