ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
IQ~iOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that CITY NATIONAL BANK OF
MIAMI, as Guardian of the property of Joseph Laurens, party of
the first part, in consideration of and pursuant ta an Order to
Disburse and Surrender Assets, entered November 2, 1973, by the '
Hon. Frank B. Dowling, Judge of the Circuit ~ourt of the Eleventh
Judicial Circuit, Probate Division, Case No. 82163, does hereby
transfer, assign and set over unto WILLIAM G. LAURENS, as Guardian
of the person and property of Joseph Laurens, party of the second
part, all of its right, title and interest in and to that certain
Mortgage Deed dated December 8, 1971, made by Clarence Engle and
recorded among the Public Records of St. Lucie County,. Florida, in
Official Records Book 197, at Page 2438, which encumbers the follow-
ing described real property situate and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit: "

Z'he unplatted part of Block 2 as shown in the
Revised Map of Ft. Pierce Beach, according to
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8 at
- Page 29 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County. Excepting land described in instrument
dated January 28, 1969, and recorded in Official
Records Book 175, page 2019 of the Public
' Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
