SUBORDINATION AGREEP+~NT -
WF~RSAS, I, the undersigned, did on the 24th day of January, 1974,
file-of record in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a
claim of lien covering certain parcels of land~ owned by American Homes
and Mortgage Company, a Florida corporation, said claim of lien being
recorded in O. R. Book 223, at Page 329, and Page 330, and whereas the
following described parcels were still under construction, but had
construction mortgages prev iously placed of record, and whereas it is
in the best interest of all parties that said homes be completed so
that final accountings may be had, I do therefore subordinate the
claim of lien to those mortgages filed of record prior to the date
of said lien, and to any payments made pursuant to said mortgages,
whether same occur prior to or after the date of f iling of the claim'
of lien, and do agree that said claim of lien is inferior to and sub-
ordinate to said mortgages as it or they may effect the following
described parcels:
Parcel l: Lot 21, Block 105, Unit 9, Lakewood Park Subdivision
Parcel 2: Lot 7, Block 9, Unit 9, Lakewood Park Subdivision
Parcel 3: Lot 13, Block 9, Unit 1, Lakewood Park Subdivision
i Parcel 4: Lot 19, Block 8, Unit 1, Lakewood Park Subdivision,
