MODIFICATION AGRBEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this t~ day
of March, A.D., 1974 by and between FORT PIERCE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL., INC.~,
hereinafter called "Mortgagor", and SUN BANK OF ST. I,UCIE COUNTY,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee", both having its principal place-of
business in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, Mortqagor did execute a mortgage to Mortgagee
dated June 11, 1973 and recorded in O.R. Book 216, page 1023, Public
Records af St. Lucie County, Florida; and Mortgagor did execute to
Mortqagee ~ corrective mortgage dated August 2, 1973 and recorded in
O. R. Book 217, page 278, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, said mortgage and corrective mortgage were given
to secure a promissory note dated June 11, 1973 in the swn of
$300,000.00 wherein Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, Inc. was payor and
~ Sun Bank of St. Lucie County was payee; and

~ WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of Mortgagor and

~ SMortgagee to modify the terms of payment of said promissory note

~ dated June 11, 1973 and the mortgage and corrective mortgage
~
~ hereinabove referred to. _
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto aqree as follows, to-wit:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars, and other valuable consideration and for the purpose of
~ carrying out the intention of .the parties hereto to modify the terms
and conditions of the promissory note and mortgages hereinabove
~ described, Mortgagor and Mortgagee herein agree that the terms and
~
~ conditions of the promissory note and the mortgages hereinabove
~ _
described dated June 11, 1973 and August 2, 1973, respectively,
