from Mortgagor herein as Maker and Mortgaqor, and I~ortqaqee herein
as Payee and Mortgagee, respectively, of said promissory note and
mortqaqes shall be modified in manner of payment as follows: that
in lieu of the manner of payment set forth in said promissory note
dated June 11, 1973 the followinq shall be substituted, to-wit:
~ "This note shall be payable as follows: ~
1. All interest due thereon when the last draw is made ~
or on June~ll, 1974, whichever date first occurs. ~

2. Thereafter in equal successive monthly installments ~
. ~
of $3,562.00, including interest,at 7~$ per annum, until fully paid,
the first of such installments to become due and payable on
October 1, 1974."
That except as herein provided the terms and conditions of
said note and mortgages from Maker and Mortgagor to Payee and

Mortgagee shall remain unchanged.
This Agreement shall be binding and shall inure to the
benefit of the successors or assiqns of the pa=ties hereto.
