ACKNOWLEDGb1ENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Grantees, by acceptance and execution of this Deed
acknowledge that this conveyance is subject in every respect
to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto
and the Articles of Incorporation of the Association named in ,
said lleclaration and all amendments thereto; said Declaration
being referred to on the first part of this Deed, and grantees
acknowledge reading and examination of said Articles of Incor-
poration and all other instruments incorporated in said Dec-
laration by reference; and Grantees acknowledge that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful
operation and management of said condominium property in the
interest and £or the benefit of all owners. tr.erein. All owners
of parcels therein and grantees covenant and agree to abide by
each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium,
exhibits-attached thereto, Articles of Incorporation aforementioned
and all instruments incorporated in said Declara~ion by reference.
