THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Executed the 25th day of February, 1974, ~
by DISC INCORPORATED OF AMERICA, a Delaware Corporation, the ,
successor by merger of DISC, INCORPORATED, a District of Columbia ~
Corporation, and having its principal place of business at Phila-
delphia, Pennsylvania, first party, to LUCIE PROPERTIES, INC., a
Florida corporation, havinq mailinq address of 1845 Walnut Street, ;
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103, second party: ~
(Wherever used herein, the terms "first party" and
"second party"shall include singular and plural, ~
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of indi- t'?~
diwals, and the successors and assigns of corpora- ~
tions, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in considera-~
tion of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, in ~
hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the follok•ing
