(f) Those certain uplands in .the Northeasterly corner ~
of Government Lot 1, Section 22, Township 34 South, ~
Range 40 East, lying North of Canal or Waterway; and ~
those certain uplands in Government Lot 2 of Section 7
23, said township and range., lying Northerly and Easterly ~ ~
of Canal or Waterway, the said easterly portion being -
limited on the South by a line parallel with and 896
feet North of the South line of said Government Lot 2;
subject to right of way and easement of and over
existing road affordinq access to the remaining lands
in said Government Lots not conveyed hereby.
AND ALSO THE FOLLOWING LAND:
The North 300 feet of the South 900 feet of that. part
of Government Lot 1, Section 23, Township 34 South,
~ Range 40 East, lying East of State Road A-1-A. -
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all taxes levied or assessed
subsequent to December 31, 1973, and to applicable
zoning laws and regulations, environmental impact •
laws and other Federal-and State and County regula-
tions affecting the utilization of subject land.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO AOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it '
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good ~
right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
said land is free of all encumbrances and the grantor will defend
the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by,
