All those parts of the following described tracts or
parcels of land which are not subdivided as a part
of QUEEN'S COVE UNIT l, hereinabove referred to, said
parcels being as follows: . ~
(a) The East 5 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East.
(b) Parcel of land in Section 15, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the
NE corner of Lot A, Block 8, QUEEN'S COVE UNIT l, as per
plat thereof on file in PLat Book 11, pages 12A, 12B and
12C, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
thence following the Easterly line of Block 8 to the South
line of Section 15, Township 34 South, Range 40 East; thence
run East along the said South line of Section 15 to the
South riqht-of-way of QUEEN'S WAY, thence run Northwesterly
along said right-of-way to point of beginning.
(c) Government Lot 4 and the SE 1/4 of the SE ~/4 of Section 15,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East.
(d) The North 200 feet of the South 900 feet of Government Lot l,
Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying West of right-
of-way for State . Road A-1-A, and also , LESS right-of-way for
QUEEN'S COVE ACCESS ROAD. ~

34•South, Range 40 East, LESS~the South 869 feet thereof.
(f) Those certain uplands in the Northeasterly corner of
Government Lot 1, Section 22, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, lying North of Canal or Waterway; and those certain
uplands in Government Lot 2 of Section 23, said township
and range,-lying Northerly and Easterly of Canal or Water-
~ way, the said easterly portion being limited on the South
~ by a line parallel with and 896 feet North of the South
line of said Government Lot 2; subject to right of way
and easement of and over existing road affording access ;
to the rema~.ning lands in said Government Lots not conveyed
hereby.
AND ALSO THE FOLLOWING LAND:
The North 300 feet of the South 900 feet of that part of
Government Lot l, Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, lying East of State Road A-1-A.
