O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on March 27, 1974 at
9:00 a.m. on Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing,
and the court having heard testimony of the Husband and of Errol
S. Willes, of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, counsel ~
of record for the Wife, and being fully advised in the premises,
it is, therefore, -

ORDERED: ~
1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, ~
THOMAS J. BIESCHI~, is in arrears in his payment to the law firm ~
~ of Willes, Bittan & Willes for~"their attorneys' fees and costs ~
I
! in said cause in the amount of $400.50 pursuant to the Final Judg-
ment entered in said cause on October 7, 1971.
2. That the Husband, THOMAS J. BIESCHICE, is hereby held
~ in contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve three (3) days
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida. T'hat said
sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the Husband,
on Monday, April l, 1974, and on Monday of every week, shall pay
to the law firm of Willes; Bittan & Willes the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars until the full sum of $400.50 plus $15.00 as costs for

of Hearing and of this Order on said Husband, has been paid to the
said law firm.
