ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This cause having been heard March 26, 1974 upon motion
for enforcement of the Final Judgment filed by plaintiff, and
plaintiff, ELOISE JENKINS WILLIAMS, formerly ELOISE JENKINS
LETINGHAM, having appeared with counsel and defendant, JOE CAL
LETINGHAM, having been duly notified and appeared with counsel,
and the Court having considered the evidence, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. CONTEMPT. Defendant, JOE CAL LETINGHAM, is found to be
in Contempt of Court for failure to make the payments provided-for
by the Final Judg~ment and he is hereby sentenced to ~ days
in jail, to be suspended upon the payment of $20.00 each and every
week commencing April 1, 1974.
2. PAYMENT. All pay~ents, together with a$1.00 Clerk's
,

~ fee, shall be made to the Clerk of this Court by cash, money order
~ or cashier's check. The Clerk shall promptly remit said payment
~ to Eloise Jenkins Williams, formerly Eloise Jenkins Letingham.
Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their maili~g
and residence addresses at all times.
3. SERVICE OF COPY. Spencer B. Gilbert, attorney, is ~
directed to mail a copy of this Order to JOE CAL LETINGHAM at
~ his address at 3108 Avenue S, Fort Pierce, Florida.
