KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. lucie County, a
co~poration u~der the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Wa 1 te r
Paryla and Edna Paryla, his wife dated December 14 1970 , and recorded
i~ the public records of Sa i n t Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Rccord Book 188 on page
2748 , securing the payment of the sum of
Eleven Thousand Two Hundred and No/100 ~~lars (S 11 ,200.00 )
covering propery in the County of Sa i n t LuC i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said Counry to cancel the same of record.
