ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
I. Know that MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., a corporation
organized and existinq under the laws of the United States of
America and the State of Florida, having its principal office
at 142 Arcade Building, Post Office Box 716, Fort Pierce,
Florida, herein referred to as assignor, in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other qood and valuable consideration
paid by THE FLORIDA BANR AT FORT PIERCE, of Post Office Box
3469, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
herein referred to as assiqnee, herein assigns unto assignee
those certain Articles of Agreement as follows:
(1) Article of Agreement dated November 3, 1971, made by
MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., party of the first part to
VERNON W. SMITH or MARY H. SMITH, ~s wife, party of the second
part, in the principal sum of $5,096.00 and recorded on November
4, 1971, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, State of Florida, in O. R. Book 196 at paqe 2626,
situate,.lying and being: Lot 1, Block 1, Greenacres Unit II
Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
(2) Article of Agreement dated February 1, 1972, made by
MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., party of the first part to
! WAYNE H. KINGRY and EILEEN RINGRY, his wife, party of the second

~ part, in the principal sum of $4,896.00 and recorded on May 5,

~ 1972, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
