otherwise but at the expense of assignee, to have, use, and take
all lawful means for the recovery of the principal and interest
secured by the aforesaid Artides of Agreement, and in case of
payment to discharge the Articles of Agreement as fully as assignor
might, or could, do if this assignment were not made.
' VII. The word "assignor" or "assignee" shall be construed as if
~it read "assignors" or "assignees" whenever the sense of this
instrument so requires.
