GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS GUARDIAN'S DEED made and executed the day of
m~~~ 1974, by DIANE JONES, as Guardian
of the property of DIANE RUTH GRAVES, a minor, hereinafter called
the Grantor, to MAURICE C. HALL and MARY ANN HALL, his wife, whose
post office address is: 305 South 29th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450,
hereinafter called the Grantees:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS (510.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees and their
heirs, and assigns, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
An undivided one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to:
The South 1/2 of Lot 8, in the Southwest one-quarter
of Model Land Company Subdivision; less the East
45 feet and the South 60 feet of said South 1/2
of Lot 8 per Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 10,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Con-
taining 3.87 acres more or less.
SUBJECT T0: Easements, Reservations, Restrictions
; and Rights-of-Way of Record, and Taxes
~ accruing subsequent to December 31, 1973.

¢ TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set
