GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS GUARDIAN' S DEED made and executed the -ZZ day of
, 1974, by AUGUSTA GRAVES VINSON, as ~
Guardian of the property of FRANCES GRAVES, a minor, as Guardian of t
the property of AUDREY GRAVES, a minor, and as Guardian of the property
of JAMIE GRAVES, a minor, hereinafter called the Grantor, to MAURICE ~
C. HALL and MARY ANN HALL, his wife, whose post office address is: ~

hereinafter called the Grantees:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS (~10.00)and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees and their E
heirs, and assigns, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
