As hereinafter set out after date, I. we or either of us promisa to
pay to the order of AUGUSTA GRAV~S VINSON, as to an undivided 1/5
intarest~ AUGUSTA GRAVES VINSON as Guardian of ihe property of FRANCBS
GRAYES, a Minor, as to an undivided 1/S interest, AU~USTA GRAVES VINSON
as Guardian of the property of JAMIE GRAVES. a Minor, as to an un-
divided 1/S interest, AUGUSTA GRAVES VINSON as Guardian of the property
of AUDREY GRAVES, a~linor, as to an undivided 1/S interest, DIANE JONES
as Guardian of the property of DIANE RUTH GRAVES, a Minor, as to an
~ undivided 1/S interest;
SIX THOUSAND EIGNT HUNDRED ONE AND 25/100------------------••--DOLLARS
for value received, payable at 5600 Rosewood Boulevard, Varo Beach, ~
Florida 32960;
Kith interast from date at the rate of 6~ per cent per annum until
paid; interest payable as set out beloK.

: And each of us whether maker, guarantor or endorser, heraby
~ severally waives and renounces any and all homestead exemption
~ rights we may have under the Constitution or Laws of the State
~ of Florida, or any other State, or United States, as against
this note; and each further waives demand, notice of non-pay-
ment and protest, and in the evant it becomes necessary to
collect this note through an attorney, agrees to pay all
costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fee.
If default is made in paya~ent when due, then at the option
of the holder, and without any other notica, al~ tha re-
maining balance shall be due and payable at once.
This note shall be payable in ten (10) consecutive semi-annual install-
raents of 5680.13 each, plus interest at the rate of 63 per annum
on the unpaid balance as it shall exist from time to tirne. Said
payments to com~nence on September , 1974, and to continue
on each~March 28 and September ~ thereafter until the entire
balance of princfpal and interest s~aTfTe fully paid.

~ ~ach payment shall apply first to the payment of interest and then
~ to principal on the unpaid-balance. Privilege of prepayment in
whole or in part is reserved by the maker. This note is secured
~ by a real estate mortgage of even date and is subject to the terms
~ and conditions thereof.
