bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a

according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat

St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation deacribed in said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon, With interest accrued and owing thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, it successors and
assigns forever; the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by
