A right of way and easement varying in width traversing the East 10 acres
of the SE-1/k of the NE-1/4, LESS the North 4 acres of the E-1/2 of the E-1/2
of the SE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, said right of way and easement beginning at the -
intersection of the Westerly line of the East 10 acres of the SE-1/4 of the
NE-1/4 of Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 39 East; and the Northerly
right-of-way line of North St. Lucie River Water Management District Canal
No. 45; thence North 00° 08' West along said Westerly line of the East 10
acres of the SE-1/4 of Section 10 a distance of 250 feet to a point, said
point being 15 feet Northerly of the existing 20-inch FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION
COMPANY pipeline as measured at a right angle; thence South 34° 52' East,
parallel and 15 feet Easterly of said pipeline a distance of 109 feet; thence
South 03° 52' East, parallel and 15 feet Easterly of said pipeline, a distance '."`y

of 161 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said Canal No. 45;r'~`' ~
thence North 89° 52' West along said canal right-of-way line a distance of
72.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT that 50 foot easement -
granted to Houston Texas Gas and Oil Corporation (now named FLORIDA GAS TRANS-
MISSION COMPANY) as described in Final Judgment dated March 21, 1960, and
recorded in Circuit Court Minute Book 20, at Page 331, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
~ In addition to the permanent easement described herein, FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION
' COMPANY shall have the temporary use for initial construction purposes only of
! additional lands SO feet in width and 100 feet in length, running Northerly of
~ Canal No. 45, and being parallel; adjacent and contiguous to the easement de-
