A right o~ way and easement 75 feet in width traversing that portion of the
East S acres of the West 10 acres of the SE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of Section 10,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, lying West of
the following tract:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of
Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 39 East; thence East along
said North line 310.29 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence con-
tinue East along said North line 620.58 feet to a stake; thence
South to the South line of said SE-1/4 of NE-1/4 at a point which
is 929.91 feet East of the Southwest corner of said SE-1/4 of
NE-1/4; thence West along the South line of said SE-1/4 of NE-1/4
619.94 feet; thence North to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said right of
way and easement extending 15 feet Easterly and 60 feet Westerly
of the following described survey line along the existing 20-inch
FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY pipeline:
- Commencing at a point on the Northerly line of the above ~-~^;.'P"fEC?1
described property, said point being 84.14 feet Westerly a-=~~.;_~ a~ u.s.a,
from the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 34° SO' ~/7~ c•-..f
East a distance of 151.15 feet to the point of terminus on _
i the Easterly line of the above described property, said
~ point being 120.35 feet Southerly from the Northeast
~ corner thereof; LESS AND EXCEPT that SO foot easement
~ granted to Houston Texas Gas and Oil Corporation (now named
FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY) as described in Final
Judgment dated March 21, 1960, and recorded in Circuit Court
Minute Book 20, at Page 321, Public Records of St. Lucie
. County, Florida.
In addition to the above, FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY shall have the temporary
use for initial construction purposes only of a 15 foot wide temporary work space
lying Westerly, parallel and contiguous to the above described permanent easement.
