LAR BUILDINGS. THE DESIGN DOCUMENTS INSTRUMENTS OF SERVICE HAVE
BEEN COMPLETED AND FURNISHED ~THE AGREEMENT CALLS FOR PERIOOIC
PAYMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANTICIPATED FUTUBE EVENTS. THESE EVENTS
HAVE NOT OCCURRED AS OF THIS DATE; HOWEVER, THE WORK TO EARN THESE
PAYMENTS HAS BEEN COMPIETED AND THIS CLAIM OF LIEN IS NOW FILEU IN
COGNIZANCE OF THE 90 DAY TIME LIMITATIONS STIPULATED IN FLORIDA
STATUTES CHAPTER 713 ~713.08 C5~). AMOUNT CLAIMED IS MAXIMUM
AMOUNT DUE CLAIMANT; SHOULD FUTURE EVENTS NOT OCCUR, uR BE REASON-
ABLY CERTAIN NOT TO OCCUR, THEN TOTAL UNPAID BALANCE WOULD BE RE-
DUCED TO $26,950.00. THIS IIEN AMOUNT INCLUDES THE AMOUNT OWED FOR
STRUCTURAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, WHICH WAS SUBCONTRACT-
