CROFUTT, Wife. • FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the lst day of April, 1974, and the Court having qiven.full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub- ject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife~now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTZON OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RUSSELL.M. CROFUTT, SR., Husband, and CORRINNE D. CROFUTT, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for- ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of RUSSELL M. CROFUTT, JR., minor child ; of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, CORRINNE D. CROFUTT, ~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, RUSSELL M. CROFUTT, SR. ~ 3. SUPPORT. Vincent A. Lloyd, Attorney for the Wife, is instructed to cause a certified copy of the Final Judgment to be served upon the Husband, and after service thereof, commencing on the 5th day of April, 1974, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $35.00 each and every week for the support of the minor child named above. ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~ ~ remitted promptly to CORRINNE D. CROFUTT. In addition there is here- ~ ~ by assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each ~ ~ payment made to the Clerk. All payrnents shall be made in cash, money ~ ' ~ order or cashier's check.
