- AMENDMENT OF ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This cause having been heard March 26. 1974 upon Motion .
for Enfoxcement of the Final Judgment filed by the-plaintiff,
and Order on Contempt having been entered on the 29th day of
March, 1974 by the Honorable Wallace Sample, Circuit Judge, and
said Order in paragraph 1. CONTEMPT, due to a typographical
error, erroneously set forth the amount of child support payment
as $20.00 each and every week commnencing April 1, 1974. That said
Order as to paragraph 1 shall be amended to read as follows: .
1. CONTEMPT. Defendant, JOE CAL LETINGHAM, is found to
be in Contempt urt for failure to make the payments provided
for by the Final Judgment and he is hereby sentenced 3 days in jail,
to be suspended upon the payment of $10.00 each and every week
co~encing April 1, 1974. _
Spencer B. Gilbert, Attorney, is directed to mail a copy

his address at 3108 Avenue S, Fort Pierce, Florida.
