This assignment also assigns any obligations which are the subject of a financing state-
ment recorded in Official Records Book 210, page 307, of the public records of St. Luci
County, Florida.
This assignment also terminates the rights of GAMI under that certain Assignment of
Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Records Book 210, page 309, of said
records.
The name "Great American Mortgage Investors" means the Trustees, as trustees, but
not individually.or personally, under a Declaration of Trust dated April 16, 1969, whic
is hereby referred to and a copy of which has been filed with the Secretary of the Comm n-
wealth of Massachusetts . The obligations of Great American Mortgage Investors entered
into in the name or in behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, officers, or agents are mad
not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees,
shareholders or officers of the Trust, personally, but bind only the trust estate.
