WITNESSETH:

i~argained, sold, conveyed and released, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
convey and release unto the Mortgagee, its successor and assigns, with covenant of Gener~i
t~larranty, all that parcel, piece or lot of land with the buildings and improvements thereon
~ogether with all the rents, issues and profits therefrom, located in and described in
txnibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
~OGE7HER with all and singular the easements, rights-of-way, licenses, privileges, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the rents, issues and profits therefrom; anc:,
I ~,lso, all the estate, right, title, and interest of Mortgagor, either at law or in e~,~+~+v.
~ in and to the premises herein described, and every part thereof;
