~ FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the ~ day of ~ .
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
ex.i:~ts between the partiey; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. DISSOLUTION OF M~iRRIAGE. The marriage between BOBBY EVANS
PARKER and SHIRLEY MARIE PARKER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from_the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
