PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
~ WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY 6ANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is ~
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~

Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing

2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucte County, Florida, .
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modificatfoa of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the swn secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which

Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
~tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the '
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
• said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the a~foresaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
