FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial the day of April, 1974,
~ and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be-dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDEBED F,ND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MAitRIAGE. The marriage between
~
~ ROHERT C. TRYON and MARSHA ANN TRYON, be and the same is hereby
~
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed itom the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. MARSHA ANN TRYON be and she ~
is hereby autharized to assume her former name of :KA~iSHA ANN
~ CURTIS and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
~
~ had not intervened.
