THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence ~
finds and determines: This Court has iurisdiction of the parties ~
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and !

wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between j

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It '
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES D.
HENSON, JR. and ANDREA RAY HENSON, be and the same is hereby dis- ~

I~' solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~

~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and ~
f ~
' from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. COSTODY. Custody of JAMES D. ~NSON, III, minor child

° of the parties, is hereby awarded to ANDREA RAY HENSON, with
~ jurisdiction of the visitation rights of JAMES D. AENSON, JR.
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the s~ day of Q.~~ .

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
