This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1974, and ~
the court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and
determines:
That this court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably

broken and should be dissolved;
It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between Rupert Jasen Smith and Marguerite
Jane Smith be and the same hereby is dissolved, and the parties and ~
:
each of them are hereby forever freed frum the bonds of matrimony ~
~
; heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising `
i
~
' therefrom.
~ 2. The ro ert settlement a reement admitted into evidence is

hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
3. The court retains jurisdiction for such enforcement or modi-
fication of this final judgment, on notice and hearing, as may be
appropriate.
