CASE NO. 73-b45 ' In re; The marriage of ) ~ RUPERT JASEN SMITH, Husband, ) FINAL JUDGMENT OF DI,SSOLUTION and ) ~ OF M,~tRIAGE PEGGY JANE SMITH (a/k/a ) Marguerite Jane Smith), Wife. ) ~ This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1974, and ~ the court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: That this court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably 3 ~ broken and should be dissolved; It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between Rupert Jasen Smith and Marguerite Jane Smith be and the same hereby is dissolved, and the parties and ~ : each of them are hereby forever freed frum the bonds of matrimony ~ ~ ; heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ` i ~ ' therefrom. ~ 2. The ro ert settlement a reement admitted into evidence is P P Y g hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3.
