GARDEN CITY FARMS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 1, at Page 5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,~Florida;
together with the improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and
equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

Together with all and singular the tenementa. hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in ~ #
anywise appertaining, and elso all buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter , ~
erected thereon, together w-ith and including aU of the boilers, machines, heating plant. lighting plant, and all ~ ~
plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventileting equipment, toilets, basins, electric hea~ing and lighting ~
plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery. plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators, x
including passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters. now or hereafter ~
located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or heresfter placed on said
premises. either in renewal or replacement of fixtures, machinery. eppliances and appurtenancea originally installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereW which may hereafter be placed upon the
above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claima in favor of any other person and thet this deed shall be a

TO HAVE ANU'I'n HOI.D sU and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or assigned
, by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the biortgagee, in fee simple. ~
And the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey ~
said land in fee simple as aforeseid; that it shall be lewful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter ~
upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land: that said land is free from all encumbrances except aa may be herein described: ~
that the Mortgagor will make such further aasurancea to perfect the fee aimple title to said land in the Mortgagee as mqy -
reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defead the same ~
